Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

- Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of our business and hygiene considerations, items expiring within One (1) Month from the date of purchase are generally not eligible for a refund. However, exceptions include cases of manufacturing defects or if the wrong product or size is shipped to you. In such cases, you have a 7-calendar-day window to initiate a return from the date of purchase.
- Return Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

- It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the item’s receipt as Proof of Purchase.
- Refund Process
After receiving your returned item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection. Upon successful inspection, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued through the original payment method within fourteen (14) working days, contingent upon the policies and capabilities of the respective payment provider. This includes payment methods such as M-Pesa, Card Transactions, Cash Payments, Bank Transfers, and/or payment via Cheque.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Items returned in a damaged condition are not eligible for a Refund or Exchange. If you initiate a return after the 7-calendar-day window has passed, you will not be eligible for a Refund or Exchange.
- Damaged or Contaminated Products
In the rare event that our products arrive damaged or contaminated in any way, please reach out to us immediately. We will gladly send you a replacement, regardless of the product’s expiration date.
